Frustration with LiveJournal, Take 1
Mar. 8th, 2010 09:27 pmI'm really frustrated with LiveJournal.
I'm frustrated that it hasn't adapted some of the Dreamwidth features, notably the multi-level tag system and the lack of advertisements, even for free accounts. My Dreamwidth journal is so pretty compared to my LJ ones.
I'm frustrated that I can't afford to renew my paid account, and now that I'm back to a free account, I feel neutered.
I'm frustrated that I've become so attached to some of the people I've met here and the communities I've joined, and I'm frustrated that there's no way to interact with them if I do switch to Dreamwidth.
I'm also frustrated that I can't type 'Dreamwidth' without first typing 'Dreamdwith' and having to go back and correct it.
Sigh.
